London Photographers Test Rights

The rules in the USA are pretty much the same as in the UK.  If you’re on public property you can generally photography anything.  You can’t impede traffic.  You can’t use a long lens to peek through a window where someone has an expectation of privacy.  In most states, you must identify yourself to a police officer if asked.  Buildings don’t have privacy rights.  A public view is in the public domain.
